What to expect
In my classes, we will bring attention to our breath while flowing through our pilates sequence. We take time to ensure we are moving with alignment throughout our bodies and our minds. My classes are designed for all levels, props or body weight! Get ready for an EDM dance party, and some off pitch singing to keep you motivated!
