What is Manual Therapy?

Osteopathy is a form of science based therapy that is drug-free, non-invasive manual manipulation guided by the belief in the body's ability to self-heal and self-regulate. This is why manual osteopathic practitioners do not see themselves as healers, but instead facilitators to health. Osteopathy acts as a complementary therapy alongside conventional medicine.

What to expect

We are functional anatomists who focus on emphasizing the interrelated relationships between the structural integrity and functions in the body's systems, thus facilitating the health of the patient through restoring proper body mechanics and neurovascular circulation.

Random fact

I worked for years in the creative world before finding my new passion for osteopathy by accident.
