What to expect

In Catherine's classes you can expect a focus on pairing breath with movement, listening to your body, and finding the movements and modifications that feel right to you in the moment. She believes using props (blocks, bolsters and straps) are a great way to deepen the understanding of your body and your practice. Expect a safe and loving environment that encourages really getting to know yourself inside and out. 

Random fact

Catherine volunteered at a yoga centre in Hawaii for six months, where she was lucky to be able to practice many different styles of yoga taught by many wonderful teachers each day.
