What to expect

Each week in Gentle Yoga Nidra we will approach class with a different theme or awareness. You will be guided through gentle movement to prepare the body and mind for meditation, followed by a guided sleep meditation called yoga nidra. This meditation enables the body and mind to move into deep states of relaxation, helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, resolve ambivalence, support mental health and increase overall well-being.
